Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the zenora.studio website and the services we provide, including website and store setup, analytics, advertising management, AI product visuals and ongoing care (the “Services”). By using our website or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Proposals and agreements

Each project is defined in a written proposal or quote that sets out scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. A project begins once you accept the proposal and any required deposit is received. If a proposal conflicts with these Terms, the proposal takes precedence for that project.

2. Fees and payment

• Project-based work is invoiced as set out in the proposal, usually with a deposit before work begins and the balance before launch or handover.

• Monthly services, such as ads management and care plans, are billed in advance each month.

• Third-party costs, such as platform subscriptions, themes, apps, hosting, domains and advertising spend, are paid by you directly unless agreed otherwise.

• Late payments may pause work until the account is brought up to date.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, content, access and feedback on time, and to make sure you have the rights to any materials you send us, including logos, images, text and product photos. Delays in feedback or materials may affect the timeline.

4. Revisions and changes

Each proposal includes a defined number of revision rounds. Requests outside the agreed scope are treated as change requests and quoted separately before work starts.

5. Intellectual property

Once full payment is received, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, code libraries and know-how, and grant you a licence to use them as part of your deliverables. Unless agreed otherwise, we may show the work in our portfolio.

6. AI product visuals

AI product visuals are created from materials you provide, using AI-assisted tools and manual editing. We aim to keep products accurate in shape, colour and detail, and review every image by hand. You are responsible for confirming that final images represent your products correctly before you publish them. Upon full payment, you receive commercial usage rights for the delivered images.

7. Advertising services

We manage campaigns with care and best practices, but advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, competition and budget. We therefore do not guarantee specific results, rankings or revenue. Advertising platforms’ own terms and policies apply to your accounts.

8. Third-party platforms

Our work often relies on third-party platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, Framer, Webflow, Google and Meta. We are not responsible for their outages, pricing changes, policy changes or data handling.

9. Cancellation

Monthly services can be cancelled with notice before the next billing period. For project work, if a project is cancelled after it starts, fees for work completed up to that point remain payable and deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the proposal.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific project or month of service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep each other’s confidential information private and use it only for the purposes of the project.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Istanbul, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
